Modern Mid-Length Hairstyles

Midi hairstyles are on trend again for 2024.  During 2023 we saw plenty of mid-length wolf cuts and shag haircuts, but this year stylists are predicting that the midi will become more sophisticated, with fewer layers.

Mid-length hairstyles can look refined  and effortless, particularly when coupled with a fashionable hair colour.  For inspiration, take a look at the beautiful pearl blonde style we created recently.

The Hush Haircut

The fashionable Hush Haircut is based around soft face-framing layers and a wispy fringe.  It has layers added throughout the hair to create movement and distribute the weight.  This helps the hair to fall into place and look great, with minimum styling required.  As its name suggests, it’s the perfect light and relaxed style for the new year.

With its feathered layers and delicate tendrils, the Hush is a flattering haircut for most face shapes.  

Short Hairstyles

From modern tousled pixie cuts to fashionable 70s style mixie cuts, short hair has never been more fashionable.

The Italian bob’s popularity is surging.  It’s a subtly-layered look which has plenty of natural movement and body and it’s cut slightly longer than the popular French bob.  It’s a versatile haircut which is easy to style for a natural, bouncy look.

Fringe Haircuts For 2024
